Off-road racing tournament to take place in Hanoi this weekend

The Vietnam Off-Road Racing Tournament 2023 will be held on Oct. 27-29 at the Cultural and Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups on the outskirts of Hanoi.
