Hanoi awards title “Good person, good deed” to 70 individuals

Chairman of the Hanoi People s Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed and promulgated Decision No. 1937 QD-UBND conferring the title Good person – good deed in 2023 to 70 individuals in Hanoi.
