Hanoi Autumn Carnival spices up pedestrian space around Hoan Kiem Lake

Carnival took place in the pedestrian area around the Hoan Kiem Lake in downtown Hanoi on the morning of October 1 as part of the ongoing Hanoi Autumn Festival.
